Proper Home Workspace Set-Up

An easy way to maintain your health at home is by making sure your workspace is as ergonomic as possible. One of the best ways to do this is to create a standing desk workspace. You want the middle of your computer screen to be right at eye level, and your shoulders relaxed and arms parallel to the ground. If seated, you want your upper leg parallel to the ground, and lower leg perpendicular to the ground with your feet flat on the floor. You can even use books to place under your feet or keyboard to get you in the best position possible. Check out the video below to see an example of what your workspace could look like.
